I believe that the magazine will be available at a cost from now on. Not sure when the next issue is likely to be available. The whole matter of the magazine has been the subject of much campfire discussion over the past few years since it became a national magazine.
What do the other states have now?

nsw still has its 9th chukka magazine, only comes out a couple of times a year, but its a pretty good mag when it does come.
