September 2004

September 28 - Hi Everyone,

The Limerick Polocrosse club in County Limerick Ireland are looking for someone to coach next year for their season. The club will provide accommodation and board and a horse for the season. The club will also try and find suitable employment for anyone needing extra funds. Or you may like to buy/train/sell some horses.
The club is wanting a coach, with level one coaching accreditation preferably, and A Grade Points. Let me know if you are interested or know anyone that might be.

cheers

September 15 - Hi, my name is Summer Kneese, I'm currently a junior player from the US that just recently went on the IYEP tour over to Australia in July. I rode in a "Don Harding" saddle, and fell in love, and am on the serious hunt for one that i can buy. If you know of any way that I could get ahold of the makers, that would be much appreciated.
Thanks,

June 2004

June 16 - Hi there,

My name is David Koenig- Barron, 23 years old. I am trying to locate some work in Australia, preferably in either polo or polocrosse stables, though any stables will do at this stage!! I am awaiting to start study in farriery and stud management in February 2005, and would love the opportunity to further my knowledge of horses in Australia until the end of the year.

I have played in various national Zimbabwean junior and schoolboy's polocrosse teams, and recently finished working in Italy, prepping yearlings for sale. Clean British driving license, and good incentive for work. Have coached up to junior club level, and trained four international- award ponies.

Any information or help that you might be able to offer me in getting in touch with someone would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,

Jan 7 - Hi everyone,

A friend of mine, Cronin is looking to travel and work in a horse yard for 3-6-12 months in Aus. He is a good horseman having hunted for years in Ireland and last year worked in the USA in yards in Florida and Boston. He is early 20's and a hard working guy. His local town "Birr, Co. Offally" have started playing polocrosse and will be the latest new club for here with about 15 members to start. He also is a great hurler -so good eye ball skills. He wants to learn the sport and the working and training of the horses.

Does anyone know of an opportunity that might suit him?

Pass it on if you can please.

Thanks
