December 4 - We are members of the Monto polocrosse club in Central Queensland, Australia and we are looking for a suitable young international player to join our club for the 2010 season which starts around March 2010. We are a small family-based club with a long and successful history. Last season we fielded 1 team at many Capricornia Zone carnivals and some outside our Zone.
From our small ranks however we had 3 representative players with 1 Queensland and Capricornia Zone Masters representative and 2 Capricornia Zone Intermediate representatives. Monto is an enthusiastic and growing club and very much enjoy the sport and comraderie that polocrosse offers.
We also run a beef cattle and tourism business see www.glassfordcreekfarmstay.com.au and a suitable player will be provided with all their board and lodging, a horse to play and the cost of playing (playing fees, travelling costs etc.) in return for working horses and helping out with other station and Farmstay duties.

April 13 - I was very interested in Craig Foot's idea for more on line information for Polocrosse as a way of expanding the sport and keeping it alive.
I'm a fan of Polocrosse living in Zimbabwe and i also edit on Wikipedia where there is a very basic article on the sport. Anyone who google searches Polocrosse will hit the wikipedia article as one of the first options and i believe that with massive improvement of this article it might help internet access and knowledge of the sport. A good way of promoting the sport maybe? Wikipedia is a free access tool and is accessed by people all over the world especially school age groups. This is a no cost option for helping the sport. You can link web pages from the wikipedia article and add international tournament results. Could be useful?
The wikipedia article could not ever be the in-depth information source that Craig Foot is talking about but it would be a great starting place for people seeking information on the sport and the links added would lead them to the information and websites that will help people in finding out more.
I am willing to expand the article and make it more interesting to read, but i lack knowledge of the international game, results on international competions and a good range of free copyright supported photos. I can't seem to download any of the World Cup results either. If any one can help me with this i would definitely try and sort out this wikipedia article.
Sincerely
Tristan Parvin

March 24 - I just wanted to get the message out that a bunch of polox mad expats have got together in the UAE and started playing polocrosse. It is early days yet and we have only held a handful of practices, however we do not want to lose momentum. Therefore I would like to post this for a few reasons.
1. That more polox mad people in the U.A.E or visiting the country will be assured of a few chukkas should they wish to drop in on us.
2. I just play the sport, I don't have the first clue how to get to the next level, i.e. forming an association, admin etc, so would be grateful for any wisdom the polocrosse community can send my way (i want this sport to succeed here in the U.A.E).
If anyone can help me with this, or wishes to come join us for some chukkas, please contact me on the attached email address. Your help and patronage would be greatly appreciated.
