Hello from the French team,

We have finally all returned home after an amazing trip in Australia at the World Cup. We were offered the opportunity to play in the Club Carnival and came second of our pool, thanks to great horses, great coaching from Marc Paroz and great support from the Warwick juniors! We learnt to play in the heat and in the mud and loved it all!

The overall welcome and the quality of the people and horses we encountered were just overwhelming - as a result we have made many new friends throughout the world, have established a thorough work programme to improve our horses and playing to prepare for 2011 and just can't stop thinking about polocrosse!

France has also now become an associate member of the International Polocrosse Council with support and training offers from Australia, Ireland, Zambia, South Africa, Canada, as well as the UK. We look forward to many more encounters and polocrosse get togethers accross the globe!

We want to thank everyone again who was involved in our visit, in making it so special for all of us - especially the Warwick juniors who are amazing kids and have got great parents, as well as everyone else from staff organising to the other players we met.

See you all before 2011 we hope and we are certainly ready to repay the welcome when the Australian team and players visit Europe, or any others who may wish to visit us for that matter!
